He writes plays. 11. Fish swim. Exercise 2.4 Directions: Go back to Exercise 2.3 and identify the simple subject and simple predicate of each sentence. I'm not really good with simple subject and predicate. Finding the subject and predicate is no problem, but this exercise is a bit confusing. It's supposed to be the noun and verb of each group, right? I don't really understand it. Some help, please?
